I had a similar problem where I couldnt delete a registry key due to it having a non-ascii character in
the name of the key. I eventually found a way to delete it by using 'Offline NT Password and Registry
Editor' (http://home.eunet.no/pnordahl/ntpasswd/). There are instructions on how to use it on their
website.
