Dear Customer,

There is currently a "virus war" taking place on the Internet.

You are advised to NOT OPEN any attachments you receive, even from people you know, unless you are expecting the attachment.

The messages accompanying the virus try to get you to open the attachment which then infects your machine. The message may say it is from support@yourdomain.net and may reference our web site. Please delete the messages and do not open the attachment.

Unfortunately the virus variants are being released so quickly that virus companies are having difficulty keeping up. There is a lag time between when the virus is released and when our virus software can block it.

If you subscribe to the our Virus-Scanning service please note that our updates take place every 60 minutes. This insures that no more than 60 minutes will pass between the time our virus company releases a fix and we start blocking the virus.
