This is much more of an adventure than it should be. It cost me a several day hold on 3 duplicate charges of $29.95 from their website, plus a 46 minute phone call, and another charge for $29.95.

What Is A Pending Transaction
Pending transactions are transactions - credits, debits and holds -- that occur during a day, but that haven't yet been formally processed and posted to your account. Normally, they will be processed and posted to your account on the same business day that the transaction is made. In some cases, the amount of a pending transaction that you see on your account may not match the actual amount of the transaction. This is common. Some merchants place a small, initial hold against your account to ensure there are available funds. Once the full transaction amount is formally processed, that initial hold will be reversed. Such charges - known as authorization holds - often occur at hotels and car rental agencies.
