- Consider that Kerry got a law degree from Yale, and could have gotten a JAG option. Something is wrong here why did he go to Vietnam. He has a reckless character trait to get a leg up on future political opponents. Two of his injuries required no treatment, and then got out on a rule that allows anyone with three purple hearts to get out of the service.
- Phil wants Kerry to provide details, even if the taxes are raised, as long as the money is spent properly

Commentary
FHM has list of top 50 eligible babes. Paris Hilton is looking. Gillian Barbarie, a foxy weathergirl, is still available. Claims to like porn and spends nights alone. Phil thinks that girls who like to hang out with lesbians is an anomoly. He says lesbians either just put up with straight girls, or try to turn them into lesbians... Patricia Duff... Monica Cruz, better looking than Penelope Cruz, younger sister of Penelope. She is staring opposite Patrick Swayze.... They throw in an old lady, about 112, Zelda Caplan, a swinging senior. She's busy living large. She's an elder at New Yorks most elite night clubs, and she likes to party with her money. Phil says "In other words, everyone likes to laugh at the silly old lady.".... Serena Williams....
Why are gluttons given marriage licenses, this sin is mentioned more in the bible? Gluttony, thievery, lying are all mentioned more than homosexual behaviour, why do they get marriage licenses. California Campaign For Families is horrible hiding behind the "family" word. Some of those straight people are terrible looking, and there is nothing to keep them from getting marriage licenses.
But Phil says he is only against the French. He's not keeping anyone from getting married. Lets think more about being a right acting society. Phil has a problem with people always "finding something in the Bible that backs them up." Does anyone look into the past of wife beaters, or child beaters, and deny them a marriage license?
Phil comments more about the American Airlines pilot. Phil is going to Mexico a week from tommorrow, he's hoping for the pilot to say something about Christianity.
Campaign for California Families, "does it ever end" Phil asks. Phil comments about teenage abstinence. At first he thought it was cool. Phil now claims it is an anti-gay agenda. "We don't hate them, we hate their sin" Phil immitates them. Phil thinks that is a con.
Straight people get to get married no matter how bad they are, but absolutely good gay people don't get to get married. Phil says that is really fair and just. Phil then says that God sucks if that is really in the Bible, but Phil knows that God won't send him to hell. Phil believes in a different God.
"I'm a comedian playing to an audience who is afraid to laugh" - George Burns.
Callers to the show:
- Rodney
- Caller says people are just freaking out about the word marriage.
- Phil says people got to get over it.
- Taffan
- Parents are South Korean.
- Caller says every law has to be based on a morality, or it is despotism.
- Phil claims that the law is based on a questionable morality. Phil claims our laws come from a 2000 year tradition of judeo-christianity in Europe and America.
- Caller says that gay marriage breaks the commandment about marriage, and Phil says there is no commandment in the Bible about marriage. Phil says it is a lie that God said he especially hates homosexuality, and Phil wants to hear that the word "especially" is there.
- Phil claims "commandment against homosexuality" is a rewriting of the Bible for their agenda.
- Phil claims that most Christians are not very intellectual, and they have to twist the Bible around.
- Phil falls back on "We all fall short of the glory of God."
- If the hating gays is in the Bible, Phil says the gays should leave Christianity.
Commentary About Martha Stewart
Simple: Women hate another successful woman. KMart is now screaming about being overcharged.
Phil says that KMarts need to be cleaned up, he was in a city that storts with an O, and ends with a D, in Ventura county, and the KMart had horrible floors, horrible ceilings, they were out of stock, disinterested employees, a rotten temporary tile stink, carts all over the parking lot. Phil wishes he could see KMart employees go on strike.
Phil says KMart should clean up, get helpful employees, give people service, and they could make lots of money.
