Q. So what if I have multiple credit cards with the bank? How do I know which one I am approving you to charge if I only give you my name and address?

A. Uh well, the bank would somehow verify that with you.

      • 5. Um... What happens is whenever we receive a download, we look for the numbers on the national do not call list, and we remove those numbers, remove cell phones, and any customers who have requested to be removed.
        • Explanation why I am being called: 2 biling cycles to be removed.

      • 6. I dont know if they have a databank. I know how to enter your number in the database, and send a confirmation. I don't know exactly how this is processed.

        • At this point I ask for the name of her supervisor, since she is giving as many "I don't know" answers as the first individual. She refused to give me the name of her supervisor, and put me back on hold while she "finds someone else"
