The local church pastor and church establish and confirm your calling as you've been developing in local church ministry capacity. Perhaps you are an elder.

• Four years of college (B.A. Theology or Religion).
• Two years internship.
• Three years Masters of Divinity.
• Two to Four years to ordination.
• D.Min or PhD?Create.

Most fall in this sequence. Not all.
