Advantage Marketing Systems Signs Contract for Adaptogenic Product Development; First Product Samples Expected Within 30 Days

Exclusive Distribution in the Network Marketing Industry Based on Milestones
OKLAHOMA CITY, Jan. 26 /PRNewswire -FirstCall?Create/ -- Advantage Marketing Systems, Inc., AMM, announces an Adaptogenic product development agreement between Advantage Marketing Systems ("AMS") and Vita Sales & Distribution Multi-Country ("Vita") beginning with the development of three new and different natural Adaptogenic based products targeting energy/anti- fatigue, lean muscle preservation and a weight loss energy product. The sale of our three existing Prime Adaptogen products in December 2003 was approximately 26% of product sales revenue representing a significant product category for the company. Initially, pending final testing, the first product enhancement is targeted at the weight loss industry where it has been estimated that over 175 million Americans are overweight, of which 30% are obese, not including 7 million children who are also classified as obese. Our intent is the development of a mass market appeal product that is equally attractive to individuals interested in losing weight and or anti fatigue all in one formula.
The Vita agreement includes the services of researchers and scientists such as Ben Tabachnik PhD?Create, Former Head of Research Group, Soviet Olympic Track and Field Team, who participated with a group of leading scientists in developing performance based nutritional products for the Soviet space, military and sports programs.
